The Son of Picasso, AKA Benjamin Nelson, is federally registered as Kiowa, but also Diné, Taos Pueblo, and Delaware. He's a Southwestern Association of American Indian Arts award-winning fine art/graffiti artist. His eco-conscious clothing brand @Productsofmyenvironment, launched in 2018, is classified as streetwear. In 2022, his label won Best of Division/1st place for textiles at the Santa Fe Indian Market. Products of My Environment embodies the Plains Indian mantra "use the whole buffalo," using responsibly sourced materials and traditional Diné dyes. Ensuring the artistry never dies, each piece is made one-of-a-kind in Native America. His designs serve as a wearable commentary on society’s challenges, boldly combining traditional indigenous symbols with graffiti and modern street style.
